Summer is convinced that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is the primary antagonist, believing she poses a significant danger to Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).
It’s easy to see why Summer feels that way, but to compare Audra to Jordan (Colleen Zenk) seems extreme-Audra is focused on herself and seems to care little for anyone else.
Sure, Summer has every right to be upset with Audra for her past relationship with Kyle while he was still married.
Their history makes their animosity understandable; however, when has Audra ever shown any desire to connect with Harrison?
It simply doesn’t make sense for Summer to complain about Audra having “access” to a child she barely knows and clearly has no interest in.
Audra doesn’t exude any nurturing qualities, so why would Summer assume she’s keen to spend time with Harrison and have any influence over him?
Summer is set to escalate her irrational fears about Audra by insisting that Kyle completely cut her out of his life. This demand will create a significant obstacle for Summer as she navigates the complexities of the custody battle.
Naturally, Kyle will reject this notion in the August 12 episode, asserting that Summer has no authority to dictate his professional relationships.
While Summer will push for Kyle to remove Audra from Glissade, he finds himself unable to comply due to Victor’s firm stance on their partnership as co-CEOs.
Additionally, Victor is keen to keep his involvement in Glissade’s resurgence against Jabot a secret from Summer, leaving him in a tricky position.
Eager to avoid any courtroom conflicts, Victor may inadvertently place Audra in a difficult situation. He could present her with what seems like an impossible challenge: to convince Summer that she is not a threat, or risk losing her position at Glissade.
With Audra being pivotal in the custody struggles between Summer and Kyle, Victor might urge her to take charge of the situation with Summer, or face the possibility of unemployment.
Although Audra is not responsible for Summer’s actions, Victor may insist that it is her duty to rectify the situation. It might be essential for Audra to confront Summer and make it abundantly clear that Harrison is not even a consideration for her.
Audra may contend that it’s perfectly acceptable for someone like Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) to enjoy activities such as searching for worms with a young boy and reading bedtime stories. But she has no interest in such things.
in Audra’s eyes, all children might just be annoying little pests, which raises the question of why Summer is so upset about it. If Audra were to vow never to engage with Harrison again, would that change Summer’s perspective?
Our insights suggest that Audra’s position could be at risk, so keep an eye out for developments on whether she can satisfy Victor and calm Summer down.
Upcoming teasers indicate that Audra could find herself caught in this chaos due to Summer’s overreactions, so stay tuned for all the jaw-dropping revelations coming your way.
