After all, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) did suggest going to court, and Daniel got encouragement from both mom Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to do so. Will Daniel give the green light to Heather to move forward on this?
