Y&R spoilers note that Linden Ashby is set to reprise his Cameron Kirsten role very soon. While it’s not unusual for dead people to come back to life, it doesn’t look like this is the way Cameron’s comeback storyline will unfold.

One angle could be that Cameron returns in a dream for Sharon. Still, another possibility is he comes in the form of a hallucination. After all, Sharon has seen Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) pop out of thin air.

Considering her history with him, seeing Cameron as a hallucination would send Sharon reeling. Despite being the reason for his demise, she would be utterly terrified. Could she do something drastic where she would hurt herself or someone else?
