Y&R Spoilers: Sharon Discovers That Alan Is Really Martin, Redeems Herself By Killing Him?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) can’t get away with murder, literally. She offed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and it’s a sure bet that she will be found out.

But there is one person who could complicate matters. We don’t think that it is a coincidence that there is a new psychiatrist in town, Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins).

As such he could be called upon to treat the blonde, but if so will we find out that he is actually his dark twin Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins)? Definitely maybe!

Back in Paris, it looked like Martin died after the good twin Alan fell from a balcony. But are soapy twin sagas ever so simple?

There have been clues that Alan may not be who he says he is. One big clue is the remark that he didn’t recognize the Abbott mansion when he came back to GC with Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland).

Then, in the October 8 episode, Traci introduced Sharon to Alan, noting that she is a therapist. Alan then informed her that he is writing a book and asked for Sharon’s opinion.

Of course Sharon is too busy covering her tracks, having a breakdown, running Crimson Lights, and managing her new company to say yes. But she didn’t say no.

Y&R Spoilers – Will Sharon Newman Out Alan/Martin Laurent?

Which means a couple of things. First, we might discover if Alan is really Alan, if he recognizes Sharon’s condition.

Unfortunately, this could be his undoing if Sharon figures this out and eliminates him as she did Heather and Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby).

Or we might discover that Martin is playing games by trying to con a licensed professional.

Then again, this potential plot has the possibility of being Sharon’s redemption story. She can’t get off without any consequences so she needs to be redeemed somehow.

This could happen if she outs Martin and her redemption would be even rosier if she prevented him for killing Traci or another innocent.
