The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that fans were pleasantly surprised during the Friday, November 22 edition of the show when Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) solidified their romance by hitting the seats.

Silly makes quite a cute couple, but it sounds like the duo’s first obstacle will blow in ‘red’ hot.

Y&R spoilers indicate that a love triangle is on the horizon for Silly. Executive Producer Josh Griffith recently spoke to Soap Opera Digest (SOD) and offered a winter preview for fans as the holidays and new year approach.

One thing he talked about was an intriguing storyline between Sally, Billy, and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)

This should be interesting, to say the least. A walk down memory lane will remind fans that Philly was a thing between 2017 to 2018.

Billy snagged Phyllis from his brother Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) when the two were married, and the super couple had a ton of chemistry, especially where the bedroom was concerned.

Still, it’s important to note that Billy and Phyllis were a thing when Phyllis was played by actress Gina Tognoni. The sparks that may potentially fly between Michelle Stafford and Jason Thompson could add a new layer to an already interesting dynamic.

Y&R Spoilers – Wait … What?

It did seem as if fans were headed toward another Phick versus Shick love triangle, but once Phyllis learns that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is helping Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) out to the extent that he is when it comes to Heather Stevens’s (Vail Bloom) murder case, she may cut all ties with him.

Another element of this storyline is the ugly history between Sally and Phyllis. While Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) buried the hatchet with Sally months ago, Phyllis doesn’t have the same heart her daughter does.

In the end, which lady will ultimately win Billy’s heart? Only time will tell.
