Y & R Spoilers – Harrison Abbott Is Redding’s First Television Role

Redding, who has been in a couple of film shorts, a feature film and this new commercial, took on the role of Harrison just this year, 2024 after the show chose to age the boy up.

This is Redding’s first television role, taking over for original portrayer Kellen Enriquez, who debuted in 2021.

The character was thought to have been born around April 2018, which would make him six years old now, whereas Redding turned eight in August. Redding Lukas Munsell, born on August 25, 2015, embarked on his illustrious acting journey at the tender age of six.

He was honored with the prestigious International Presentation of Performers (iPOP!) Child Actor of the Year Award in 2022; his remarkable talent was further recognized with an impressive collection of 11 medals.

Harrison was widely thought to be the offspring of the influential Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).

Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) first brought him up in a conversation with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) on February 8. It’s believed that Harrison was conceived in the summer of 2017 and arrived in 2018, weighing approximately 9 pounds and 2 ounces at birth.

During a reunion at the Grand Phoenix, Kyle confronted Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) his birth mother after catching a glimpse of some blurry photos of Harrison.

Eventually, after Ashland was killed and Tara was arrested, Kyle took custody of his son, and his then wife Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) adopted him. Harrison has lived with Kyle and the Abbotts ever since, although he and Summer have shared custody since their divorce.
