Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) puts Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) in a precarious predicament in Paris. Back in Genoa City, Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) gets engaged and will likely start wedding planning right away.

Y&R spoilers for the week of July 22 reveal that Claire will get a more positive feeling about Paris after talking it over with her mother, Victoria.

Claire initially turned down Kyle’s offer to go to Paris to take care of Harrison. However, Kyle kept pushing and now Claire needs to make a final decision.

However, it is teased that Kyle puts Claire in a precarious predicament. So, maybe Kyle ends up kissing Claire in Paris.

Just imagine if Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) gets wind of that! Claire told Victoria that she wouldn’t go there with Kyle because he is her boss. Claire seemed pretty firm in that statement, so she probably meant it.

However, Claire is also quite naive and doesn’t seem experienced in matters of the heart. So, Claire could end up in a very complicated situation.

During the week of July 22, Sally Spectra (Courntey Hope) will still want answers about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) distance and Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) guilty behavior.

Chelsea is so overwhelmed with guilt, it’s really starting to cause her to spiral. I’m worried about Chelsea’s mental health.Adam making Chelsea keep this secret isn’t helping matters either.

While Billy and Sally might dump them, that’s better than having to continue lying and keep secrets. Especially when it’s causing so much turmoil for Chelsea. 

Sally will want to know what really happened in Baltimore. Adam lies and tells Sally about blaming Chelsea for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) issues.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of July 22 reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) get into an argument about Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters).

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) vows to Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) legacy. Plus, Victoria reconsiders going back to work at Newman Enterprises. As for some romantic news, Devon proposes to Abby! 

Unfortunately, Sharon Newman Rosales (Sharon Case) will continue struggling with her new bipolar medication. I have to wonder why her doctor isn’t monitoring it more closely.

Any new psych med change usually has more frequent doctor visits. Sharon has already complained twice to the doctor, but the only solution was a different dose.

Honestly, Sharon needs to fire this guy and find a new p-doc stat. Too bad she’s not in any mental condition to make decisions.

Speaking of, could Sharon start to “see” Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes)? Sharon heard a voice say “mom” last week, so I imagine the psychosis will worsen.

Also, Lucy will feel stung after Faith tells her not to come to the pool party after all. Lucy keeps wanting to drink and party with the older group.

So, I have a bad feeling that Lucy might turn to booze and do something reckless after being rejected by Faith. Meanwhile, Traci takes the next step with Alan.

During the week of July 29, 2024, there will likely be fallout between Kyle and Summer over what happens in Paris.

Of course, Kyle could further complicate things for Claire by asking her to deceive Summer. There should also be some news on what company Victor acquired for Nikki. Does this have anything to do with Chancellor-Winters?
