Y&R Spoilers: Mishael Morgan Returns, Reprises Amanda Sinclair Role

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate a familiar face is set to return to the land of Genao City. According to Soap Opera Digest (SOD), actress Misheal Morgan is making a comeback to the daytime drama, and she’ll reprise her Amanda Sinclair role.

Y&R spoilers note that the Daytime Emmy winner announced on social media recently that she’s currently taping an appearance and posted a video of herself at the CBS studios.

In the post, she states, “Guess who’s popping in for a visit!!!” While no official airdate has been announced, as the soap films several weeks ahead, fans should expect to see Amanda Sinclair and Mishael Morgan sometime in March, at the earliest.

Y&R Spoilers – Mishael Morgan’s History With The Soap

Mishael Morgan started with the Y&R in 2013, playing the part of Hilary Curtis. Sadly, the character passed away in 2018 after a car collision.

The storyline turned into a controversial one, as she was driving along with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) when the accident occurred. Lily and Hilary were fighting, and Ms. Winters ignored a stop sign, causing the crash.

Lily eventually spent time in prison for the incident. Hilary was pregnant at the time with Devon Hamilton-Winter’s (Bryton James) child, and passed away in the hospital; however, not before marrying Devon in an emotional ceremony. Needless to say, Devon was a wreck after she died.

Amanda Sinclair joined the Genoa City scene in 2019. With a striking resemblance to Hilary, it was later revealed that she was Ms. Curtis’s unknown twin. Mishael has been on recurring status with the show as of late 2022.

Addressing this, the show wrote a storyline where Amanda was out of town at first tending to her mother, and then officially left GC after she caught her live-in boyfriend, Devon, with Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway).

Dabby has since become “a thing”, and the last time fans saw Amanda was when she returned for the town’s bi-centennial gala in March 2023.
