It’s possible Lily may realize that leaving Billy for her Winters family and the family business was a big mistake, especially given her friendship with Billy’s mother Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).

Devon will be furious if Lily chooses to go with Billy, but there could be even more family drama if Lily ends up siding with Hamilton-Winters.

It seems like Devon can’t handle anyone who might threaten his independence, so it’s not a good idea for Lily to move and start conflicting with him. Doesn’t that go against the purpose of the demerger that was supposed to end all the fighting?

Regardless, Lily hasn’t made a final decision yet on whether she’ll leave Billy. If Lily decides to help lead Abbott-Chancellor into the future as Billy wants, that may give him a reason to reconnect with her.
