Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has finally come to terms with Danny Romalotti’s (Michael Damian) rejection.

There was a bit of a retro love triangle when he returned to town last year between him, Red, and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell); however, it looks like The Bug ended up winning Danny’s heart in the end.

He and Cricket are about to ride into the sunset for his tour; however, will they return to GC happier than ever, or will Danny come back wishing he had chosen Phyllis over Christine?

Y&R spoilers imply that there was “something” going on between Danny and Phyllis. Yes, he was initially interested in a reunion with Christine, and pursued her.

However, there were also sparks between him and Phyllis. After all, while she kissed him twice, and he didn’t exactly back away, either time.

In fact, had Christine not put her foot down and given him an ultimatum, would the two be together? If Cricket had allowed Danny to truly process his feelings, would he have ended up choosing Phyllis?

It felt like a time crunch for Danny, especially when it came to him canceling the final dinner he was supposed to have with Red. He was completely influenced by Christine, and it felt like more her decision than his.

Maybe something happens where The Bug questions if Danny still has feelings for Phyllis (i.e. calls out her name during an intimate moment or possibly while he’s dreaming – something along those lines).
