Victor believes that Nikki could have died because Jack overdosed on night. However, Jack actually scared Nikki straight that night because she ended up saving him.

Victor lured Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) away from Jabot to run his new company with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). This is only part of Victor’s plan to get back at Jack.
