The Young and Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Jack Abbott (Peter Bregman) may come through a bit too late for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

Diane is not do doing her job to the best of her abilities or Kyle wouldn’t be able to make a better deal behind her back. Jack will finally stand up for his son and fire Diane. Unfortunately, Kyle has already moved on.

The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Kyle isn’t just another employee and Diane could have consulted Jack before firing him.

Kyle is a part of the Abbott family and Diane should have never taken this upon herself and now she much face the consequences. Will Jack fire Diane for firing their son?

Kyle was further upset to see that his parents weren’t even discussing what he mother had down to her the fact is that any other employee would have been fired a long time ago.

If Kyle was truly trying to help it would be nice to see Diane fall on her face now that he isn’t there. Kyle would certainly be justified of this was the case.

Y&R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Want Not Qualified For This Job

Jack handed this job to Diane out of spite more than anything. Afterall, Jack wanted this wife to have a job with him at Jabot, no matter what.

Unfortunately, Diane didn’t believe that anyone could tell her what to do, including her son who held the job before her. Diane aways accused Kyle of undermining her.

Kyle supported his father’s decision at one point. However, Kyle has since realized that his mother cannot do this job. Their clients are starting to notice this too.

A part of Kyle may have been making his mother look bad just to get his job back. However, this was only after his mother started telling him how to do his own job too.

Diane could very easily find herself demoted or even fired because of her incompetence. Jack thought Diane was doing so good but Kyle has secretly been helping her all along.

What will happen when Jack realizes just hope much of Diane’s work the Kyle has been doing all this time?

Has Kyle had to redo all of Diane’s accounts or just a select few? How many accounts could Jabot have lot if Kyle hadn’t been there? How many people will follow Kyle to the new company?
