Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is on a road to redemption.

After everything she did to her biological family at the lake house, she’s looking to make things right, which is why she’s agreed to be a pawn for Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) trap to lure Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk).

Claire has made a ton of progress at the facility; however, some fans can’t help but feel as if she may swerve Victor in the end and help her Aunt.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Is Claire Claire Grace Has Bonded With Her Parents

Y&R spoilers hint that it’s clear Claire has bonded with both Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck). Still, it’s unknown how she truly feels about her grandparents.

After all, when Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) visited her granddaughter, they did have a nice conversation, but Claire also abruptly withdrew near the end of the visit. She seems to be playing nice with The Moustache.

however, during his first visit with her weeks back, he ended up having an argument with Vicky in the hallway in front of Claire’s room.

During his fight with Victoria, his daughter was concerned about Claire being a pawn to trap Jordan, and Victor made it known that he only cares about Nikki’s safety at this point. What if Claire heard that conversation?

Y&R Spoilers – Claire Knows How To Manipulate

During the Wednesday February 28 show, Claire called up Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to move forward with her release and confirmed she wanted to go along with Victor’s plan.

Both Cole and Vicky visit her, and despite her mother’s apprehension, Claire makes it clear she’s decided on this.

She even refers to Vicky as, “Mom” during this conversation, which had Victoria pause for a split second, and eventually softened to Claire’s stance.

Claire must’ve known the impact and importance of calling Vicky “Mom” for the first time, and it’s not that this in itself is a manipulation as the two women have grown close, it’s the timing of when she decided to utter the word.

She knew what kind of reaction she’d get and she may have pulled the “mom” card to get Vicky to back off and move forward with the plan.
