The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) murdered fellow mom Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and framed her partner Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) to take the fall.

The storyline is troubling for several reasons. Has Sharon gone so far down the rabbit hole that she can’t be redeemed? How can the show keep her onscreen if she’s in prison? There might be a perfect way to solve this mystery that leaves Sharon free as a bird!

Sharon thinks that her actions are justified given that happened to her young daughter Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes). She died many years ago, and Daniel played a role in her death.

The grieving mom is angry and fueled by current day events, she is lashing out. Still, she is being egged on by dead ghost Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) and this could be the answer to her sticky situation.

Let’s face it, the “ghost made me do it” plea is not going to wash as a valid excuse in court. But what if Sharon’s case never gets to that point?

Many fans cannot see Sharon as a killer (even though she did kill Cameron) and tons of fans are convinced that Sharon is innocent.

Sharon blacked out during Heather’s murder which leads many to believe that Sharon is innocent.

If this is true, the murder case becomes a whodunit? Heather wasn’t universally disliked so the suspect list is a little sketchy.

Some have pointed to B&B crossover Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), Heather’s ex in Portugal, and even a random stranger.

There is a person from Daniel’s past who could conceivably be involved in this case. And she has ties to Sheila so you know she’s cunning.

Y&R Spoilers – Is Daisy Carter Guilty?

Daisy Carter (Yvonne Zima) was last seen in 2012, then disappeared off the Y&R canvas. But she was seen on B&B years ago. Is it time to resurrect this person with an axe to grind over Daniel?

Let’s consider her possible motive. Daisy is Lucy Romalotti’s (Lily Brooks O’Briant) biological mother, but Heather and Daniel raised her. What mother wouldn’t resent being separated from her child?

For now we’ll wait for the PCPD to find the evidence that Sharon planted in Daniel’s apartment. This happens during the week of October 14-18 and the ball should get rolling from there.

If Daisy indeed is the killer she may feel emboldened to come out of the shadows if Daniel is implicated, and reclaim her daughter.
