According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Ashley Abbott’s alter egos returned. This could suggest that the actress is going on a temporary hiatus. The theory was brought up on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards.

The user 24Kasie76 posted: “Ashley’s ‘alter egos’ are back today. #Bored. Is Eileen (again) leaving for now?”

Eileen Davidson could leave the show for the time being. The actress normally leaves the show when her character travels to Paris. However, she’s been struggling with her mental health this time around. Ashley can’t get a hold of her alter egos.

“I assume this will be her temporary out, if the gorgeous vet, talented Eileen Davidson (again) temporarily leaving, but I hate she will end up in a mental hospital feasibly as an ‘out storyline’ or going to Paris,” the original poster noted.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, most viewers are bored with her storyline. Most are tired of seeing the trio of alter egos she talks to. Some Y&R fans have been left tortured by her multiple personalities.

Most of the viewers took to the thread to share their thoughts. They can agree that they were bored with this storyline from the star.

Some viewers wanted to know what happened to teenage Ashley’s alter ego. She drifted from the scene.

“I could be wrong, but I don’t think she’s leaving again soon. In her Michael F interview, she teased lots of great things coming up with the story. There are promo pics of her and Traci in Paris, so the story will follow them there,” one fan noted.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, neither Ashley nor Dr. Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) are leaving anytime soon. They will go to Paris, where fans will finally see what happened and what led to her mental breakdown.

“I’m actually looking forward to the storyline continuing in Paris. Some movement at last. And bring on the green screens of the Eiffel Tower!” one fan joked.

Alan believes that Paris holds the answers to what Ashley’s alters are trying to protect her from. She’s unwilling to go to Fairview. So, hopefully, this trip will heal her.
