The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has had a rocky past in GC. She faked her own death and more recently fired her own son from the family company, Jabot.

Diane is remarried to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) but marriage to GC’s dreamboat power player doesn’t guarantee happiness.

Part of the problem between Jack and Diane is their decades long feud with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Victor hired their spurned son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to help him take down Jabot and rather than bringing the couple together, the move is causing tension between them.

When Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) cracked that Jack looks weak by having Diane as a partner, the older brother pooh-poohed the idea as sour grapes.

But when Diane later told Jack that they need to replace Kyle at Jabot, he disagreed. Rather than compromise, Diane pushed back by trying to strong arm her agenda.

Edgy Y&R previews reveal that Diane goes off on Jack in public and accuses him of treating her like a shady manipulator.

But let’s not forget Jack’s recent OD, a dangerous move designed to save his long lost love, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Diane was furious at Jack for nearly killing himself to rescue his ex, and she could still be smarting from that betrayal.

Would Diane betray Jack to teach him a lesson about trust? Definitely maybe! Fans are speculating that Diane pulls off the mother of all new hires and brings a viper on board at Jabot—Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

Kyle and Audra have history, and last week Victor fired her as Kyle’s co-CEO at Glissade. We all know that Audra won’t stay unemployed for long … and there is an opening at Jabot.
