Y&R Spoilers: Could Sasha Calle Reprise Her Lola Rosales Role & Return To Genoa City?

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that fans miss Lola Rosales. Actress Sasha Calle snagged the part of Supergirl in 2019 and made her film debut in 2023 in The Flash.

Recent reports reveal that Sasha will not reprise her Supergirl character in the movie franchise moving forward, as Milly Alcock has been recast in the role. Could this mean there’s a potential for Calle to head back to daytime drama?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lola Rosales Has No Family In GC

Y&R spoilers note that Lola entered GG in 2018, playing Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Arturo Rosales’s (Jason Canela) younger sister.

The Rosales family began to dominate storylines around that time; however, this became a flash-in-the-pan as Arturo exited the canvas in 2019, Lola followed in 2021, and Rey passed away in 2022.

The writers could find a way to bring Lola back to town. She may not have any family there currently, but she has a ton of friends in Genoa City, not to mention her sister-in-law, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

Y&R Spoilers – Could The Show Reunite Kola?

Many fans were more than disappointed when Lola’s marriage to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) abruptly ended in 2020. Kola made an incredible super couple, and the two broke things off rather quickly, with no real rhyme or reason.

Kyle would end up gravitating toward Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and the two enjoyed a nice romantic run.

However, now that Skyle is a thing of the past, could the show revisit the chemistry between Lola and Kyle? The two certainly have unfinished business.

If Lola returned to town, she could dive into some interesting storylines. Now that Summer is no longer with Kyle, could the ladies become friends? Could Lola be recruited (or present a proposal) for a culinary partnership with Marchetti?

Will Lola continue her friendship with Sharon, or will she feel odd about being in her orbit without Rey around?

There’s also the chance that Lola dives into a new romance with someone other than Kyle – looking at you, Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) or Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic)!
