Is it possible that Miriam has no connection to Faith, but is someone Jordan hired to target Claire as well as the Newman family?

With Claire getting a fresh start, this would be the wrong time for some more bad secrets to come out. Although Claire says she only did bad things because of Jordan, she really does seem too sweet and too good to be true.
