In any case, Johnny seemed willing to give Claire a chance and even laughed at one of her jokes. Katie on the other hand, isn’t willing to give an inch to Claire.

Katie just isn’t meeting a new sibling. Katie knows what Claire has done to the Newman family. Katie mentioned that the other kids at boarding school said Claire is dangerous.

Katie also lost all of her belongings in the house fire, which was caused by Jordan. Katie is pretty angry, which Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is struggling to deal with right now.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Claire went to get coffee while giving her family space. Claire ran into Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Claire told Kyle about the complicated meeting with Johnny and Katie.

While Claire seemed pretty devastated, Kyle lifted up her spirits. Kyle was confident that Claire would find a way to smooth things over with Katie.

Claire is still hopeful that things will end up being okay. However, it is stated in the spoilers that Claire will struggle with her new normal. So, it doesn’t sound like things will get fixed soon.

In soaps, the writers tend to love redemption stories. So, with Katie being so unforgiving toward Claire, there seems only one way to fix the relationship.

Could Jordan somehow escape prison and target the Newman family once again? Perhaps Jordan goes after Katie, which leads Claire to save the day?
