The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates disclose that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) was blindsided when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) dropped a bombshell on her after her triumph in Paris.

Audra had anticipated running Glissade independently, but Victor shocked her by introducing a carefully chosen co-CEO-her ex-lover, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor); she couldn’t believe her ears!

Of course, we’re talking about Kyle, Audra’s former lover and someone she previously schemed with; but there’s always a method to The Mustache’s madness.

Things didn’t end well between Kyle and Audra, so there’s bound to be tension if Victor’s plan for them to co-run Glissade moves forward.

However, Audra backed herself into this corner by trusting Victor and letting her ego get in the way, and collaborating with him to begin with.  

If Audra had taken Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) deal, she’d probably be the sole CEO right now. On the other hand, Tucker probably would’ve found some way to screw Audra over sooner or later.

Y & R Spoilers – What’s Done Is Done

What’s done is done- but despite the past, Audra must now look ahead and try to turn things around if she hopes to keep the Glissade job.

Kyle’s background in cosmetics could prove to be a valuable asset for Audra, and she might realize this over time in spite of any friction between them.

While Audra and Kyle may face challenges in sharing authority, they could also find themselves drawn to each other once again-it wouldn’t be the first time animosity caused sexual sparks.

This could pave the way for a rekindling of their romantic involvement; it wouldn’t be unexpected if Audra and Kyle ended up reigniting their passion in the bedroom.

Maybe that’s even a strategic move by Victor, considering he’s always a few moves ahead in the game, not to mention he wants to stick it to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Claire Grace’s Green Eyed-Monster Emerges As Grandpa Tries To Poke The Bear?

There’s a distinct possibility that Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) green-eyed monster may emerge as Grandpa Victor tries to poke the bear; what if he’s noticed a spark between Kyle and Claire?

Victor, always looking out for his family, doesn’t want Kyle to cause Claire the same heartbreak that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) did, especially not if he’s her first love.

Maybe Victor is subtly encouraging a romantic connection between Kyle and Audra, hoping to shield Claire from any potential pain by nipping things in the bud.

It’s interesting to consider that Victor could have easily let Audra go after securing Glissade, but he’s choosing to involve her in running the company alongside Kyle. Victor’s schemes are complex, as he always has more than one ulterior motive in mind.
