Y&R Spoilers: Chelsea Ends Up Pregnant, Surprise Baby Causes Drama For Chilly

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) are dangerously sliding into a “boring” phase in their relationship, as the couple is happy and rock solid.

He even recently left Jabot and headed to Chancellor-Winters because his gal pal pointed out some toxic traits in his business strategy as he tried to protect his father’s legacy and business.

Bliss is great for a romance, but not one within the land of soap operas, so could a curveball fly in that completely throws Chilly off guard?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – An Unexpected Pregnancy Rocks Chilly

Y&R spoilers note that a surprise pregnancy would certainly be an interesting storyline, on so many different levels. Chelsea may find that she’s late and start acting “weird” with Billy.

She’ll need to take a pregnancy test, but she won’t want to jump the gun, and while she debates about getting one, she’ll also stress over how a baby could change things.

Plus, she may worry if her mental health can handle the hormonal changes and eventual sleep deprivation a baby brings.

She’ll stress about all the possibilities and not telling Billy she thinks she’s pregnant, so they can handle this together, will have Mr. Abbott believing her “odd” behavior could be a relapse in her mental health.

Y&R Spoilers – The Johnny Abbott Factor

Then there’s Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) to consider. Let’s say that Chelsea takes the test, winds up pregnant, and tells Billy.

She may be worried about his reaction; however, Billy might be over the moon about another child.

Regardless, one hurdle Chilly will have to face is Johnny. After all, how much will it sting for his bio dad and bio mom to have a child that they raise together?

After all, Chelsea gave him up when he was a baby, and signed her rights over as a mom to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

He may not be overly thrilled to learn that his new sibling will get his mother’s love and attention from the get-go.

Then again, there’s also Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), who is very sensitive to change. For fans that recall, he wasn’t too happy when he learned that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and his dad, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), were having a baby girl.
