Y&R spoilers reveal that Billy was already starting to lose it even before Chancellor was sold to Victor.

However, it seems once Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) made the deal, Billy turned over to the dark side. Billy thinks his mother betrayed him and seethes each time he thinks about Victor’s win.

Billy is determined to make Victor pay. Billy already made one proposition to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). As much as Phyllis wants to help, she worried about how Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) would react.

Phyllis was also concerned that Billy wasn’t thinking about how the scheme could negatively affect his young children.

However, Billy will once again make an offer to Phyllis. This time, Phyllis might be tempted to take it!

It is suggested that maybe Billy seeks an outside investor, one that would also want some payback. Could that person end up being Tucker? It seems Tucker’s last exit was pretty lackluster.

Tucker did help Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and lost Glissade as well as Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Tucker had his issues but he was also a fan-favorite. So, could Tucker come back and help Billy take Victor down?

Even though Victor always seems to win, most fans agree that it’s time for him to be taken down a few notches. Could Tucker’s unexpected return help Billy to do just that? What about the consequences? In the end, will Billy regret doing this, or will it be the victory of a lifetime?
