Her SO Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) has broken up with Lily, she just doesn’t know it yet. He’s back with his ex Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and everyone thinks it best that he not tell Lily who is tending to her traumatized daughter.

Never mind how much it will traumatize Lily to learn what has been going on behind her back.

Keeping secrets is a soapy misfire and it could be that Daniel and Devon Hamilton-Winters’ (Bryton James) decision to keep mum will hurt Lily in ways they never could have imagined.

Devon is Lily’s brother and why he has a say in her being kept in the dark is nonsense. And it means that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) would blow him out of the water if he discovers what he’s hiding.

Billy is Lily’s ex and he’s now working at C-W with Devon and the two are butting heads. Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) also knows what’s going on and since she is joining the Chancellor-Winters board she might spill the beans to Billy.

Billy still cares about Lily so it makes sense that he would tell her what’s going on to protect her. And in doing so, it could reignite the embers between these two former lovebirds.

Billy is with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) right now, but his roving eye is legendary. Not only that, Billy has a way of ruining his happiness so his relationship with Chelsea may be take a direct hit.

Let’s face it, Lily is never without a man for long. Some soap characters are fine getting on with life’s business, like Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).

Sharon has a lot of irons in the fire and more connections on the canvas. If Lily comes back it’s reasonable to think she would hook up with someone before long.
