According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Billy Abbott could be the next one to spiral out of control. This could happen if he loses Abbott-Chancellor. Everything but his love life has been solid for the past few years. He could lose the company because of his actions.

How would he react? Would Billy have another downward spiral? Or, would he fight back? How would Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) get involved in this struggle? This was brought up on a thread on SoapCentral.com.

Some Y&R fans don’t believe that Billy will spiral this time around. He already got his way with Chancellor-Winters. Billy made many successful moves, some of which were controversial. He also added the Abbott name to the letterhead.

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest this could bring Lily and Billy closer together. They might find over their company. Billy is still on his ego trip. This could cause him to have a different type of downfall.
