Sadly, it’s clear that her side of what happened with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) did not occur, and her outburst with both Tucker and the Abbott family has been worrisome.

The best way for Ashley to move forward is to get some therapy and treatment. Still, there’s a good chance she may be forcefully committed by her family. Will she wind up in the same facility as Claire Grace (Hayley Erin)?

Once she is committed and seeks treatment, it won’t take too long for her to get back on her feet.

The encounter with her and Tucker in the Paris café is a gentle reminder that she should always keep her mental health as a top priority.

If Ashley and Claire wind up at the same facility, at the same time, could the two bond? One will surely recognize the other, probably Claire as Ashley’s face surely popped up on one of her internet searches of the Newmans or her dad, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck).

As Ashley isn’t a Newman but knows how it feels to be in the family, plus her connection with Cole, she’ll likely bring Claire under her wing.

Learning her story and the trauma she’s been through, Ashley will let the young girl know that when she is released from the facility and heads to GC, she’ll have a friend there who will look forward to seeing her.

Claire has to be apprehensive about heading to the little town, not knowing many, and only having the Newmans to fall back on. By developing a bond with Ashley, she’ll have a friend she made on her own, outside the family.
