The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) showed up on Halloween. Heather came back as a zombie-ghost hybrid. With Heather haunting Sharon, this storyline just kicked up several notches! Clearly another hallucination, what if Heather ends up causing a tragic accident?

Sharon was holding Aria Porter-Copeland (Millie Ingles) when she saw Heather glaring from across the park. Could Aria end up having an injury or some sort of accident? Keep reading and let’s talk about the possibilities!

Y&R spoilers reveal that Sharon knows that she is responsible for Heather’s death. One part of Sharon is overwhelmed with guilt. The other side of Sharon is desperate to get away with murder.

Despite Sharon covering with her loved ones, the hallucinations are continuing. Not only is Sharon still seeing Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby), but Heather shows up as well.

In the Thursday, October 31, 2024, episode, Sharon faced Heather back from the dead. Of course, this isn’t an actual ghost but one of Sharon’s hallucinations. Pretty timely considering it’s Halloween as well!

Heather confronted Sharon over killing her and framing Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei). Heather also raged over Sharon putting Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) – who is still just a kid – through hell.

Toward the end of the episode, Sharon was driving and Zombie-Ghost Heather was in the backseat. Heather implied that they would spend eternity together.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Sharon was still trembling from the drive with Zombie Heather. However, Sharon quickly covered when she met with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), and Aria.

When Sharon was holding baby Aria, she was horrified to see Heather glaring at her from across the park. Could Sharon end up causing Aria to get injured or have some kind of accident?

Maybe Sharon is so stunned by Heather’s appearance that she trips or something, which could cause Aria to have an accident.

While Sharon might say the meds are making her dizzy or something similar, TERIAH could be divided about the situation. Mariah would stand firmly in her mother’s corner.

However, Tessa might get a bad feeling and wonder if Sharon should even be around Aria right now… especially if there is an injury.

Now, if seeing Heather causes Sharon to accidentally injure Aria, then that will put more guilt on her shoulders. Guilt and panic seem to trigger these hallucinations, so just how much further will Sharon go before someone finally stops the madness?
