The Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is not happy that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) has been accepted into the Newman family.
Adam has always been on the outside looking in and Claire thought they might connect because of that. Unfortunately, Adam could push Claire over the edge instead.
The Young and The Restless spoilers indicate that Claire changed her mind when Adam blamed her for Jordan (Colleen Zenk) kidnapping Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Adam accused Claire of still plotting with Jordan.
Claire quickly learned that Adam does not trust her and never will. Claire has worked hard to make progress and Adam does not appreciate that.
Adam is upset over Nick Newman’s (Josh Morrow) involvement. It was bad enough that Victor trusted Claire to set up this meeting, but he overlooked him.
Adam still feels left out where his father is concerned and that upsets him. Victor still does not trust Adam enough to include him in anything important so why does he even try?
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is not the least bit happy with Adam and his accusations. Claire did not ask Victor to get her out of the hospital.
Victor came up with this plan before sending Michael to talk to Claire about it. Victoria was certainly against it. Victoria is very protective of her daughter even though she has not known her for long.
Victoria wants to get to know her daughter and give her the life she should have had. However, Adam is not helping by attacking Claire character.
Victoria was afraid that Claire could relapse, and Adam’s accusations could push her over the edge. Jordan has spent years convincing Claire that her family did not want her, and Adam is acting the same.
Jordan has controlled Claire her entire life. Now that Claire is free, she is trying to be a better person. Unfortunately, Adam’s issues with Claire could trigger an episode that causes her to go off once again.
Claire already helped Jordan try to kill the whole family. If Adam triggers Claire again it is hard to say what might happen.
With Claire staying at the ranch there could be a big issue, especially if Claire were to set a fire or something similar. Will Adam cause Claire to put the family in danger again?
Will Claire go after the family once again and end up with casualties this time? Should Adam back off and leave Claire alone before it is too late?
