According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Adam Newman remains the most stable person. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is spiraling again from her struggles with alcohol.

Adam’s son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Adam ended up as the punching bag of the family. He remains the most stable person no matter what gets thrown his way.

That’s not to say he hasn’t had his share of mental health struggles. This was brought up on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards.

The Young and the Restless spoilers also suggest that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) could be headed for a downward spiral. She’s dealing with the stress of Harrison Locke’s (Redding Munsell) kidnapping.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is coming to grips with the fact that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is her daughter Eve. Meanwhile, Claire is still recovering from being brainwashed by evil aunt Jordan (Collen Zenk) all these years.

Y&R Spoilers – Struggling With Himself?

However, not all Y&R fans agree that Adam Newman is stable. Some noticed that he has been struggling with his inner turmoil.

The only reason why he’s remained calm is that he doesn’t want to upset Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and cause her to have another mental breakdown. She already blames herself for Connor’s condition.

“Adam is trying to keep it together for his family, I am so happy that he reached out to Sharon because it may be then he will be allowed to vent and not hold back!” another fan noted.

“Adam is ripping himself apart more than anyone. He went to Sharon, he’s getting the answers, he’s acting as any normal parent would in this difficult situation,” another user noted.

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Adam has reservations about Connor’s therapy and treatment. He’s also been beating himself up about it, privately. He went to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) for answers to his problem.

He hasn’t lashed out at anyone or went behind their backs. He just wants to get the answers to his son’s problem.
