Y&R Spoilers: Abby’s Painful Reminder, Amanda Shows Up At Society?

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Claire Ordway) will have a painful reminder of the past. For the first time since she and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) walked in on Abby and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) getting busy, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) shows up at Society.

Amanda has returned to Genoa City as Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) and Chancellor-Winters’ attorney, and will also see Devon at the office.

Surely, her unexpected presence will startle him as well, but he’ll remain businesslike even though she’ll reveal a shocking curveball from Jill to him and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

If Amanda shows up after that meeting, she may well be a little snarky to Abby-the woman who stole her man back two years ago now.

Amanda had just returned from visiting her dying mother Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) and Chance had only recently started getting back to normal after a mission, unable to save his team.

Amanda and Chance had met in the hallway outside Devon’s condo, and walked in to see Devon and Abby en delicto flagrante!

Y & R Spoilers – Chance Chancellor Pursued Divorce, Amanda Sinclair Left Town

Chance stayed in town but pursued divorce from Abby but Amanda left town again after a short while.

It was traumatic not only for Chance and Amanda but for Abby and Devon as well, not understanding where their sexual feelings had come from.

They had always just been close friends, and Devon a sort of third wheel co-parent to their child who Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) carried.

Chance since has moved on twice, first with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and now he’s dating Abby’s niece Summer Newman (Alison Lanier), but Abby has gotten used to Chance’s situation.

There’s a possibility that Amanda is bitter and brings up Abby and Devon’s affair in a cruel way to Abby.

Abby’s certainly not proud of what happened between her and Devon and it’s painful to remember the pain, shock and anger in Chance and Amanda’s faces.

Chance and Abby and Devon have all been co-parenting Dominic Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware) and Chance has continued to be an involved father.

Amanda may well still be bitter and unforgiving although she manages to be professional when dealing with Devon at the office.

Abby will make it through without showing her pain and regrets, Amanda may still not be ready to forgive.

Both she and Devon tried to make up with their now ex partners, but there were no excuses, especially on Amanda’s part.
