They aren’t talking in the scene, so I bet they must be watching Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware) play in the park. 

Suddenly, Devon asks Abby to marry him. Abby spins to look at Devon in surprise, then she gives a smile. So,  it looks like Abby might say yes to the dress!

Over with Traci, she is still in Paris getting to know Alan better. The two have developed a friendship, which then turned into a romance. It is teased that Traci will take a big step with Alan.
