Y&R spoilers for the week of July 15 reveal that one must-see moment features Sharon. Fans know that Sharon has been struggling ever since her doctor switched her to a new bipolar medication.

Sharon has been agitated as well as depressed and lonely. Sharon keeps trying to fill up her time with work and other tasks. Plus, Sharon’s medication is having her really zone out a lot.

Nick, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) stop by Sharon’s house in Monday’s episode. Sharon’s house will be a mess and it never looks like that.

Then, Sharon looks like she is about to cry but covers it with awkward laughter, talking about how loved she is. When Sharon goes into the kitchen, she hears someone say “Mom,” but nobody is there. 

So, I have to wonder if Sharon is headed towards psychosis. Sharon might already be there and the fact her doctor isn’t doing much is equally alarming. Maybe Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) should come back to Genoa City and get unretired. 

Summer Newman Plays Dirty

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of July 15 reveal that another must-see moment centers on Summer.

It is teased that Summer will take a page out of Phyllis’ playbook. It sounds like Summer is going to play dirty to make sure she gets custody of Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell). 

At some point, Claire gets thrown into the messy dynamic. So, with both Kyle and Summer being Claire’s boss, how will this situation get resolved?

It is also confirmed that Nick gets between Phyllis and Sharon. So, I have to wonder if Sharon’s bipolar crisis will cause her to attack Phyllis? It just might be what forces Sharon to get some serious help.

Clearly, Sharon’s doctor is failing her by simply adjusting the dose rather than just putting her back on the old medication.
