The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Summer Newman’s Crush

Y&R spoilers for the week of January 1 reveal that one must-see moment centers around Sharon. Even though Sharon suspects Summer has feelings for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), no known betrayals have actually occurred yet.

At the same time, Sharon doesn’t want to invest her time or heart into a relationship if it’s already doomed.

So, Sharon will nip it in the bud and directly ask Summer if she has feelings for Chance. Summer likely admits that she does. In the preview clip, Summer asks Sharon if she is “in love” with Chance.

There’s nothing snarky or mean about the question, either. It actually takes a lot of courage to be so bold, but the way Summer does it, Sharon really can’t get angry with her.

Sharon is taken aback, but doesn’t seem angry. At least, that is what it seems like in the weekly preview clip. Whether that transpires like that on screen might be another story.

Back to the love triangle, it is teased that Chance ends up confessing to Sharon. Then, Sharon will look to her past to make a decision about the future.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that another must-see moment centers on the Newman family. As Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) focuses on Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), Victor forces a truce between Nick and Adam.

It is teased that Nick and Adam might need to run Newman Enterprises together in light of Victoria’s family emergency.

However, it’s also possible that Nick will run Newman Enterprises while Adam covers for Nikki at Newman Media. Nikki needs to detox, so hopefully she is taking a little bit of time off.

Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) might be Nikki’s assistant, but Victor doesn’t trust her yet. Plus, Victor is always looking for a way to help Adam prove himself.

It is also teased that during the week of January 1, Nikki faces temptation once again. It sounds like Nikki’s battle to get sober won’t be easy.
