Former Young and the Restless (Y&R) star and current Hallmark Channel beauty, Hunter King will be dealing with fewer ‘silent nights’ this holiday season and a lot more terrifying nights.
According to Just Jared, she and her fiancé, Chris Copier are in Utah filming Rabisu: a new horror movie, which King stars in and Copier is directing.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Alum Stars In Thriller, Rabisu
The movie is about a group of paranormal social media influencers who get way over their heads when they go into an abandoned warehouse in search of an urn that apparently encompasses the spirit by the name of Rabisu.
Things take a turn for the terrifying, fast, and it’s also important to note that fellow Hallmark Channel star Wes Brown, is also in the flick. What happens next in the film? Fans will have to check the movie out when it is released.
Y&R Spoilers – Alum Hunter King – Her Ever-Evolving Career
Hunter King entered the land of Genoa City in 2012 as Summer Newman and exited the show in 2016.
She would return to the Y&R canvas in 2018, only to leave again in 2022. Actress Allison Lanier was recast in the role later in 2022, while King has moved on to make a number of Hallmark Channel movies, with great success.
King met Copier in 2022 while filming the indie flick, Give Me Your Eyes; a movie she starred in, and he acted as assistant director on.
In addition, the two also worked together on Hallmark’s Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story ranked as the most-watched movie of 2024 on both the channel and cable.
During her time on the Y&R, King won two, back-to-back Daytime Emmys, in 2014 and 2015, both in the Outstanding Younger Actress category, and was nominated a total of five times.
