Young and the Restless Spoilers: Mark Grossman Talks Turning To Peter Bergman For Advice

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that while Adam Newman has accepted his father’s proposal to run Newman Media, he did agree to the deal, giving Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) one stipulation: he won’t throw Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) under the bus.

Now, it seems life has imitated art, in a small way, as Mark Grossman reveals he turns to Peter Bergman for advice on the set.

Y&R Spoilers: Peter Bergman Offers Set Support

Mark was recently a part of Soap Opera Digest’s (SOD) “Actor Roundup” feature, an article that asks stars all across the four daytime dramas a question, weekly, and they provide an answer. This week’s query was: which of your costars would you turn to for advice?

Grossman’s reply was, “I talked to a lot of costars for advice, but when I (recently) worked with Peter Bergman (Jack), I was reminded how important he is to he’s been in this game for a long time, so he’s always been a great mentor. Whenever you need advice, Peter is more than happy to help you and I appreciate him so much.”

Interesting enough, Bryton James (Devon Hamilton Winters) also took part in SOD’s “Actor Roundup”, and it seems he too, turns to Peter, and The Moustache. James notes, “Christian LeBlanc (Michael), Mr. Braden, Mr. Bergman, who taught me how to tie a tie.”

Y&R Spoilers: Sharon Case Is A Whole Different Story

Meanwhile, another Y&R star who was part of the article, Sharon Case (Sharon Newman) tells SOD she turns to Bryton James when in need of advice because, “He is like his character: grounded, non-judgmental, and intelligent.”

Interesting! It seems Peter Bergman is the “go-to” man on set when it comes to advice, and while Eric Braeden may agree with this sentiment, it’s hard to think the Moustache wouldn’t have a problem with this?!
