Sharon was there to poison Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) whiskey; however, had a change of heart. Just as she cleaned up and was about to leave, she ran into Heather and the two had a confrontation.

During their encounter, Sharon pushed Heather. She then blacked out, and when she woke up, Heather was dead, lying in a pool of blood.

Sharon had no recollection of how Heather ended up like that, and the “Cameron Kirsten” (Linden Ashby) hallucination egged Sharon on to dispose of the body, clean up the mess, and cover up what had happened.

Instead of calling the police, Sharon took Heather’s corpse, wrapped it up, and threw it into the river over a bridge.
