7 Little Johnstons premiered Season 14 on Tuesday. Liz Johnston spoke out about her breakup with Brice Bolden.

Fans watched their relationship in previous seasons, but it’s come to an end. TLC released a new clip about Liz sharing more details about their split.

She revealed the moment that led up to their dramatic breakup. Liz tells the producer, “So, Brice and I are no longer together.” She asks the producer if she can compose herself before she can continue.

“So, Brice and I are no longer living together. We have separated,” Liz Johnston shared. “And I could not live like that because I am not a person who wants to be in a relationship where it doesn’t feel like there’s any love or any just, I don’t know, spark.”

The 7 Little Johnstons star admitted that they felt more like roommates than partners. The spark was gone from their relationship.

Liz recalled when she grew up watching her parents making an effort with their marriage. That’s when she realized that she didn’t want to be with someone who wouldn’t fight for their love.

“I can’t do it with somebody who is just OK with being in a fine relationship, being in a mediocre relationship,” Liz Johnston explained. “And I can’t be in a mediocre and fine relationship because that’s not who I am.”
