Kim Plath Freaked Out Welcome To Plathville Fans

TLC fans never saw the DUI incident involving Kim Plath on TLC. In fact, Welcome to Plathville seems to go on as though nothing ever happened. And each season that comes along, fans wonder if the show will cover it. But so far, nada! Apparently, it has been erased from memory.

The fact that the Welcome to Plathville show was allegedly being filmed when Kim Plath ended up in a ditch makes it all the more reasonable to question why it was never mentioned. Well, Olivia Plath’s fans regretted that it was not shown because it reversed the image of Kim being perfect and Olivia being the bad person in the family. 

What Does Olivia Plath Think About The DUI?

The TLC star appeared on the Sarah Fraser Show recently, and they talked about a lot of things. Apart from Kim Plath’s DUI, they discussed whether Season 6 might be the final one on TLC. Additionally, they talked about Ethan and why the divorce seems to be taking forever. It turned out that Sarah thought the answers were great and she praised Olivia’s mindset and therapist.  

Olivia Plath was asked about Kim Plath’s DUI. But that was the one subject where Sarah could not draw out the Welcome to Plathville star. Sarah asked:

Are we going to address Kim’s DUI do you think at all? That was like a shocking moment.

Well shaking her head, and using facial expressions, it seemed that this was one topic Olivia Plath would not speak about. So, Sarah said, “Okay! We’re not, we’re moving on from that, [but] that was really frightening for someone who had a lot of criticism for everybody.” Still, Olivia kept quiet.

TLC Fans React

Perhaps it was because the title of the podcast specifically mentioned the DUI, and then nothing new came up, that the commenters were not kind. One or two people said nice things about Olivia but others slammed her. Mostly, they still wonder why she is even on the show as she is no longer part of the family.
