‘Welcome To Plathville’ Kim Plath Is Spoiling For A Fight?

Welcome To Plathville fans saw that it was Kim Plath who decided to end her marriage to Barry Plath, and she filed for divorce.

Of course, she quickly took up with Ken Plamer, and the current season on TLC revealed that Barry, Ken, and Kim were thrown together in Flordia where she has a boat to live on when the kids visit. But now that they have all been together for a while, is she spoiling for a fight?

Does Kim Plath Want Barry & Ken To Fight Over Her?

One thing that most TLC fans agree on, is that the mom of so many kids seems to be more of a villain than Olivia Plath. After all, she was the super-religious one who kept the kids under her thumb and isolated from the real world. But then, she seemed to hit a mid-life crisis and turned her back on her moral standards and religion, and left Barry.

Curiously, having left her husband and kids, the TLC star decided that she wanted the children back in her life. And, it becomes clear to Welcome to Plathville viewers that Kim Plath seems determined to create ill-will between her ex-husband and her boyfriend. Does she want Ken and Barry Plath to get physical over her and punch each other’s lights out? Some viewers seem to think that’s exactly what she wants.

Welcome To Plathville Star Spoils For Trouble?

On Reddit, it was u/tommybrown who raised the possibility that Kim Plath seems to hope that Barry Plath and Ken Palmer will come to blows. In their caption about the Welcome to Plathville stars, they wrote:

Kim wants a fight…After watching the preview for next week, it is very clear that Kim is DYING for Barry and Ken to get into a brawl over her. She probably invites Ken to the Plath gatherings just hoping it will set Barry off and the two of them will go at it (which is not in either of their natures imho). Wishful thinking.

A surprising number of TLC fans agreed that the speculation about Kim Plath isn’t far off the mark. Here are some comments from the discussion:

• She is as stunted as the kids are. She makes Barry look better every week.
• She absolutely is hoping for a fight-over HER. Ridiculous and childish. Terrible to instill this in your young children.
• She’s so childish I almost can’t even wrap my head around it. She totally does want a fight. In front of her kids. Who are already traumatized by the divorce. She’s a god awful person.
• Her eager look and sickening laugh were disgusting when she said they may fight. She needs to not be on tv.
