The Only Person That Can Make Peace Between Prince William and Harry Is Diana’s Elder Sister

Perhaps the royal feud has gone on long enough and it’s time for someone to forgive the other person.

During Harry’s recent trip to the UK for the funeral of his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes,  William reportedly kept his distance and no communication took place between the two brothers.

Later on, it was revealed that Harry opted to stay at Althorp House, which holds a significance for both brothers for being their mother Princess Diana‘s childhood home.

According to a source speaking to the New York Post, Princess Beatrice tried her best to negotiate peace between the two brothers following Harry’s surprise attendance at the Snettisham funeral. Per the source, Beatrice spoke “to the two brothers to try to improve the situation.”

Insiders Claim the Spencers Are Working Hard To Fix Rift Between William and Harry

However, another source believes that if anyone can do anything about the rift existing between both brothers, it’ll be the Spencers, whom both brothers are still very close to.

A friend of the Spencers told The Daily Beast: “Behind the scenes, the Spencers have been working hard to get the brothers to reconcile. They understand William’s hurt at Harry’s betrayal, but they also understand Harry’s position because of the way Diana was treated by the Windsors.”

The friend added: “Harry is still very close to his mother’s family. If anyone can mediate between the brothers it will be Jane.”

Another family insider said: “They both adore Jane [Princess Diana’s elder sister, Lady Jane Fellowes, Robert’s widow], and it’s absolutely right that they were both there out of respect to her. It’s an important recognition of the fact that blood is thicker than water.”

They added: “It’s a mature, promising sign that their private disagreements are not going be allowed to overshadow important family events.”

This is coming after it was reported that Harry reached out to some pals to help him make a sort of return to the Royal Family.
