Soap Opera Veteran Gina Tognoni Launches New Podcast

The “God Winks” podcast is set to debut on June 25, 2024, and was announced via the podcast’s Instagram handle.

In a video, Gina introduces her new venture, along with Ashley Crane, where Tognoni talks about the premise of the podcast which will focus on God and faith.

The caption for the video on IG states, “We have some exciting news! You’re invited to join us on June 25th as we launch a new podcast! We sat down with incredible, everyday people and listened to their stories where God moved in their life. We can’t wait to share the uplifting power of their God winks. Our hope is that this will be a place of transparency and encouragement. We’ll see you soon! – Gina and Ashley (heart emoji)”

Gina Tognoni’s – Impact In The Land Of Daytime Drama

Gina entered the land of daytime drama playing Kelly Cramer on One Life to Live (OLTL) in 1995. She stayed there until 2002 and ended up returning in 2010 for a one-year run.

Tognoni also played the role of Dinah Marler on The Guiding Light in 2004 and is also known for her portrayal of the infamous Phyllis Summers on The Young and the Restless, joining the soap in 2014 and exiting in 2019 when OG Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) returned to the role.

Over the years, Gina has earned a total of three Daytime Emmy awards, two in the category of Supporting Actress for her work on The Guiding Light, and one Lead Actress statue for her role on The Young and the Restless.

Fans will be able to stream “God Winks with Gina and Ashley” on both Apple and Spotify.
