Sister Wives Spoilers: Why Does Kody Want To Be Friends With Meri Brown After Divorce

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Kody Brown has announced that he would like to continue to be friends with Meri Brown even though they are divorced.

He has been reflecting on his past lately and in the latest episode of Sister Wives, he has pointed out that he doesn’t want any more enemies and that having an enemy in Meri isn’t what he likes. Will Meri feel the same way about him? Let’s find out more.

The Divorces Split The Family

When Christine Brown was the first to announce her divorce from Kody, fans were shocked. Most of their fans felt this family would be together forever, but that wasn’t the case. Christine’s divorce seemed to cause a chain reaction and Meri and Janelle Brown also left.

Not only has Kody been trying to deal with this, but the children in the family are also in a place where they just want everyone to get along and for it not to be awkward.

All of the wives and Kody were in attendance at a family wedding. Kody felt very awkward, but it was at this point, that he began to think more about the past.

He told the cameras, “Overall, the whole wedding was just sad for me. We used to go places as a family and now it’s like those who were my partners are now almost like enemies. It’s awkward. I don’t know what the solution is.”

Can The Browns Be Friends?

Kody took some time during the episode to think back on his marriages. He began to look at his marriage with Christine and how he felt “stupid” when he looked back on it.

He added that he and Christine should have “just broken up as friends” and that would have been much better for the entire family. He would have preferred if they could have gotten back together at any time instead of ruining the family.

He pointed out that with Meri, she was pretty upset that he wanted to drag it out as long as he did. He wants to continue to be friends with Meri, but he isn’t sure that is something that you would want as well.

Kody wants to reconcile with Janelle and isn’t sure why she is giving him so much pushback.
