Sister Wives Spoilers: Why Did Maddie Brown Brush Hide Pregnancy From Kody Brown?

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Maddie Brown Brush is coming clean about hiding her third pregnancy from her father, Kody Brown. Janelle Brown, her mother, knew that she was pregnant, but there was a big reason that Maddie decided to hide this from her father. Janelle and Maddie are extremely close, but Maddie has pushed her father away like most of his other children. Let’s take a closer look at why Maddie hid this from him.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Janelle Brown Spills The Tea

While talking to Kody on the last episode of Sister Wives, Janelle told him that she was thinking about moving closer to Maddie so that she can help with her children and be closer to them.

She revealed that Maddie was having a third child. Kody asked her why Maddie didn’t call him to tell him this news. Janelle told him, “The kids are all feeling very estranged from you.”

Janelle told the cameras that Maddie feels as if Kody “hasn’t shown interest” in her children. Kody has never been out to see the kids and Maddie felt that Kody doesn’t want to see them.

If Kody never showed interest in her first two children, she thought that it wouldn’t matter if she told him that she was having more. Of course, Kody seemed offended by this and just couldn’t understand the logic behind it.

When Kody hears this news, he tells Janelle that the reason that Maddie doesn’t want to see him is due to “jealousy and gossip.”

Even when Robyn Brown saw Maddie and her kids, Kody told her that they left him out of the picture on purpose. He claims that they are “punishing him for a crime he didn’t commit.”

Kody pointed out that any time he has talked to Maddie, she “spreads gossip” about him and the other members of the family. Of course, kody hasn’t been present in Maddie’s life for quite some time, so viewers can see what she would want to keep her pregnancy from him.

He just never seems to care about the changes in her family and what is next for them all. We will have to see if Maddie ever changes her mind about her father.
