Sister Wives Spoilers: Christine Brown Sues Kody For Child Support And Custody

Sister Wives star Christine Brown is finally taking Kody Brown to court almost three years after they separated. Christine is suing Kody for child support and custody of Truely Brown, their 14 year old daughter.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Christine Brown Is Going After Custody

In Touch has obtained court papers that show that Christine filed sued on Monday, September 16. Christine asked for paternity to be established because she is the only wife who didn’t put Kody on her children’s birth certificates.

Along with this, Christine requested “a domestic relations injunction that stops both parties from harassment, domestic violence, canceling or modifying services, taking the children for nonroutine travel without court orders or permission and demeaning or disparaging the other party.” Without A Crystal Ball was the first to report the news.

Christine and Kody split in November 2021 and she and Truely moved to Utah from Flagstaff, Arizona.

A year later, In Touch learned that Kody was not present in Truley life and Christine was having to make special arrangements for him to visit his child. According to sources, Christine had to make visits happen or Kody didn’t see his daughter.

Sister Wives Spoilers reveal that Christine has been Kody’s biggest advocate when it comes to his relationship with Truely. Christine would bring Truely to Flagstaff so Kody could see her for holidays etc.

Christine even had to make sure that Truely was Covid tested and saw Kody’s family before anyone else because he was so worried about Covid.

Christine saw that Kody and Truely’s relationship was falling apart as the people who lived in Kody’s home were the only ones important to him.

Truely honestly felt like an outsider in her father’s home. Christine felt that moving Truely to Utah would preserve her relationship with Kody because things were becoming so bad.

After separating from Kody, Christine found love with David Woolley and the two married after a whirlwind romance.

Christine revealed their relationship in February 2023, they got engaged in April, and got married in October of the same year. Kody and Robyn Brown were not included in the wedding, nor was Meri Brown.

However, all of the children were invited and most of them attended the ceremony. David has a great relationship with Truely and has been there for her from the start.

Truely and David have been going on adventure together since her mom started dating him. David is a very good stepfather two Truely Brown.
