Sister Wives: Meri Brown Opens Up About Garrison’s Death

The Brown Family is still mourning the unexpected death of Janelle and Kody’s son Garrison Brown, who passed away from an apparent suicide in March 2024.  Meri Brown recently spoke out about losing Garrison, and shared an update on how she and the other family members are coping.  Keep reading for all the details!

Meri Brown and her bestie Jenn Sullivan recently appeared on the Sarah Fraser Show.  Meri was an open book and had a lot to say about Garrison Brown, and his heartbreaking death. 

The Sister Wives star even thinks that in some ways Garrison has reunited their family and his death wasn’t in vain.

Meri explained, “We definitely have had our moments where we’ve been together as a family and celebrated Garrison’s life and those moments have been good and it’s been cool to reconnect with different people that maybe you don’t see all the time.”

Kody Brown’s first wife added, “It’s good to be able to come back together and see each other and I do think there has been a little bit of healing between some of the relationships that I’ve seen.”

It’s interesting that of all people, Meri Brown is the one sharing updates on Garrison’s passing and how it is affecting the Brown Family. 

Sister Wives fans know that Meri is the least involved of all the wives, and has been doing her own thing in another state for years.

We’re not sure she’s exactly the right person to be getting updates from, seeing as how the Brown’s weren’t associating with her before Garrison’s suicide.

Maybe there’s some truth to Meri’s comments about Kody’s son bringing their family back together, and she has been in closer contact with them?
