Sister Wives fans were a bit astonished to discover that a TikTokker took a real estate tour of the Flagstaff mansion that Kody and Robyn Brown live in. The house is for sale, but some people feel that poking around their home and clothing seemed a bit off.
Sister Wives Stars Kody & Robyn Are Private
It hasn’t gone unnoticed by TLC fans that on the show, not much of the interior of the house is shown. And, hats off to the blogger who conducted a tour that they did not film the bedrooms belonging to the kids. But, a lot of other footage was brand new for TLC viewers. They even got to see the inside of the cleaning storage area.
Robyn Brown and Kody also seem particularly keen on horses, and there were plenty of pictures and trinkets dotted around their personal spaces. While the tour wasn’t riveting, it was interesting, but some viewers had conflicting opinions on whether it should have been placed on social media.
TLC Fans React To Tour
Akerra is a successful TikTokker who seems to like putting together information about the Sister Wives family. Her vlogs seem interesting to TLC fans, but the latest one drew various reactions on social media. This time, she booked a legitimate tour of the home that was for sale and filmed it for her TikTok audience. She explained in the comments of the video that they did a legit tour of the Flagstaff home. She wrote:
For those wondering we had to show proof of funds. This was a legitimate tour. I just like saying ‘going undercover”
The video focused a lot on the paintings that Robyn Brown hung up all over the place. And, the blogger assured TLC fans that they don’t look “tacky” in real life. In the walk-in closets, there seemed to be a bit of a personal intrusion when she touched some garments. For good measure, at the start of the video, Akerra absolved and excused the estate agent of any wrongdoing.
TLC Fans React
Some people think it’s a shocking invasion of privacy. But others think it’s a shame that the estate agent wasted their time. Here are some of the thoughts on Reddit:
- Super creepy that she touched their things and sat on the couch. Who does that?
- Eeew really? I came home after we had an open house and my kid’s jewelry box was opened. I was livid. It was just plastic costume jewelry (everything valuable we removed from the house) but it was such a violation.
- Yeah, some of the paintings/prints she touched weren’t under glass. And touching the stuff in the bedroom… it’s so personal, feels like a total violation. Just weird.
- I have toured homes I had no intention of buying For various reasons. Tons of people went to their homes in Vegas too. If they wanted privacy they could have hired an agent who handles exclusive listings and only does vetted private showings.
- I think it is weird to bring online life into real life. Does that make sense? Reddit, TikTok etc. that isn’t real life. Not that you should harass people online but you shouldn’t be disrespectful to people’s time or enter a person’s home under false pretenses.
