Sister Wives Fans Call Out Meri Brown Questioning Kody’s Honesty

Sister Wives fans are happy that Meri Brown finally left Kody Brown at the end of Season 18 of the TLC show. But, they grow a bit tired of her claiming she’s the victim and he never told her he wanted her gone. A teaser from the latest edition of the show revealed her riding her hobby horse again, and fans called her out for it.

Meri Brown Hung On Long After It Was Over

If you cast your mind back, for years, TLC fans have been questioning why Kody Brown’s former first wife kept on hanging around. In fact, viewers felt that she disempowered women by remaining around the family like a dog waiting for a tidbit to fall from Kody’s table. 

Meri Brown admitted that she and Kody lied to fans for years about their relationship. In fact, she claimed that their relationship ended a long time ago. But, she blamed Kody Brown for not going public about it. So, the fact that he preferred Robyn isn’t something new. 

Kody Brown Slammed For Not Being Honest

In the current season of Sister Wives, spoilers revealed that Meri confessed to her friend Brandi that she was leaving Kody. Later, spoilers revealed that she wanted a permanent release, which is like a divorce from Kody Brown. She even got her own segment where she could vent about him.

In a short teaser on TLC’s Instagram, Meri Brown was spitting mad. In her confessional, speaking about Robyn and Kody Brown, she ranted:

It’s fine! Go love Robyn. Love her the best that you can. But be f–king honest with me! I don’t care if you put a bleep over that!

TLC Fans Call Out Meri

In the comments section, Sister Wives fans called out Kody’s former wife. Here are some of their reasons for that:

• I feel like he was pretty honest with you, but you were not hearing it.
• …when she cat fished him you could tell he hated her. That’s when Meri should have left.
• She plays the victim well. That marriage has been long over and she hung for life but that was her choice. He’s been pretty obvious with his actions for years and it got worse after the catfish fiasco. She should’ve left then. To blame him completely is a stretch.
• He was… honest, it’s just you who choose not to listen
