Savannah Chrisley has been sharing her parents’ journey since they reported to jail, and through it all, she’s maintained her optimistic mindset that they will win their appeal and be out in no time.
Savannah isn’t a fan of her parents being kept apart for so long, even though Julie’s sentence was shortened and it’s possible she can get an early release. It’s been more than a year since Todd and Julie Chrisley reported to different prisons to serve their time after they were convicted of fraud and tax evasion crimes.
However hopeful Savannah remained ahead of her parents’ oral arguments, she also called for fans to send their prayers. According to her, there can’t be enough prayers said on that head.
Savannah Chrisley – Shares Her Optimism Ahead of Her Parents’ Oral Arguments Session
On April 19, attorneys for Todd and Julie Chrisley presented their case in front of a judge.
While getting ready to attend the session, the star hopped on her Instagram Stories to ask fans to send in prayers.
“All right, y’all. We are an hour and 20 minutes away and I’m feeling hopeful and prayerful,” she began.
She then told fans to join in and “say all the prayers,” as “there are never enough prayers that can be said.”
The star then turned the camera over to her hairstylist Tyler Bishop and inquired how he was feeling about the day ahead.
“I’m hopeful. I’m confident. We’re surrounding ourselves with all of our loved ones today. We’re gonna walk in there strong and walk out vindicated,” Bishop answered.
“Exactly what Tyler said,” Savannah affirmed. “We’re speaking it into existence. I’m just so grateful for good friends and loved ones and people who surround me. Let’s go win this.”
Her good spirits continued in another video where boyfriend Robert Shiver was teaching her brother Grayson, 17, how to put on a tie.
“Well, you’re not paying attention,” she quipped.
Before leaving the house, she took a second to snap a mirror selfie, which showed her sporting a peach pantsuit and sporting beachy waves in her hair.
Earlier that same day, Savannah had made an appearance on Good Morning America to discuss the emotional goodbyes her parents shared before heading off to jail.
“I just watched them stand at their bedroom, just hugging and kissing and not knowing at this point. You just hear 12 and 7. Twelve years, 7 years — that’s a long time to be away from someone.”
