With their Netflix deal set to run out next year amid very little hopes of renewal, experts are weighing in on how the Sussexes could pivot to maintain relevancy in the US.

Even though Harry and Meghan have a couple of shows they’re currently working on for Netflix – Prince Harry is doing an indepth documentary on Polo and Meghan is doing a cooking/cleaning/gardening show – it’s been said that Netflix hasn’t shown interest in renewing the Sussexes’ deal when it expires in 2025.

Speaking on how the Sussexes will choose to move forward with both business and family, Royal Expert Richard Fitzwilliams told The Sun: “So far as King Charles is concerned, I think he and William are absolutely one at the moment on how to deal with these Sussexes.

The point is how the Sussexes want to deal with the Royal Family. In the weeks and months to come we will see, and we will monitor, because what future have they got?”

He then wondered, “What do they want to do? Is it just Netflix? Does she want to go into politics? All these these questions.”

Already Meghan has launched her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard and hopes to sell common household items such as jams and dog food through it.

However, even though the brand launched several months ago on Instagram, the offerings are yet to become public, even though Meghan did gift dozens of its branded jams to friends, influencers, and fellow celebrities.

Rumors say she’s waiting for her Netflix show to launch so that she can promote and build the brand through it.

While Princess Kate stole hearts and headlines with her first public appearance in months, Meghan Markle flogged the next product from her brand. You guessed it: the dog treats.

Jennie Bond shared her opinions on this with OK! saying, “I can’t honestly imagine that they are sitting there scheming to make announcements on the same day as a royal event. Surely they are bigger than that? It’s true that there have been some rather strange coincidences in the past about the timing of some of their announcements.”

Bond concluded: “But I think they are becoming less and less relevant to the news over here, and the Royal Family will command the attention every time.”
