Royal Expert Believes Prince William Might Soon Be Evicting This Royal

Royal Expert Believes Prince William Might Soon Be Evicting This RoyalAccording to a royal commentator, it would seem King Charles isn’t the only person applying pressure on Prince Andrew to vacate Royal Lodge.

Expert Richard Kay Says These Royals Could Move In If Prince Andrew Vacates Royal Lodge

The fight for Royal Lodge continues… The 30-room property standing on Windsor grounds has been the result of much contention between the royals lately, and this time, there’s reason to belief a new royal is making plays for the impressive estate.

When Harry and Meghan vacated Frogmore Cottage, the King intended to give it to Andrew as a residence he can manage without its yearly costs breaking his bank.

However, Andrew has been adamant about leaving the place where he raised his two daughters and currently still lives in with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

“William has long held a grudge against Andrew for being unwelcoming when he first introduced the then Kate Middleton to the royal family and feels that his father has been too soft on him,” Royal reporter Richard Kay told Mail Online. “It has led to speculation that it is William who is pushing his father to evict the Duke of York from Royal Lodge, so the Waleses could move in.”

Kay went on to claim that as to the way Charles and William approach the Andrew situation, both have their difference of opinions.

Agreeing to Kay, another royal expert Richard Eden added that the way William sees it, there’s no way back for Andrew, slimmed-down monarchy or no.

“[A friend of William] told me, ‘When the older members of the family retire, His Royal Highness won’t be inviting anyone else to become working royals,” Eden said. “It remains to be seen if he will even want his two younger children to be working royals. He sees the small European monarchies as the model for the future.”
