Prince William Doesn’t Want Prince Harry Or Meghan Markle To Visit Princess Kate

When Princess Kate shared her cancer diagnosis with the world, news soon emerged that Harry and Meghan had reached out shortly after with well-wishes. Prince William would love it if it could stop at the “well-wishes.”

As Harry gets ready to visit the UK in May, Meghan is said to be “anxious” to join him for the trip, and there’s already whisperings of a reunion. Well, a Prince William source just burst our bubbles.

Prince William Labeled “World-class Grudge Holder” For Not Wanting To See Brother Harry

After the drama of the last few years, no one can blame William for wanting “peace” for himself and his family.

One, even if he trusts Harry enough not to air their family laundry anymore, we all know that the drama that would arise from one such reunion would put Kate’s plea for privacy in jeopardy.

There’s plenty of time for a reunion, but William wants “peace and quiet” at this massively trying times.

Speaking with The Daily Beast, a friend of the Prince and the Princess of Wales said, “Catherine and William have been very clear they want peace and quiet for them and the kids. A visit from Harry, with all the drama that would bring, would be the opposite of that.”

Another friend added that, “They have come to terms with the estrangement from Harry, and are content to let sleeping dogs lie.”

Meanwhile, royal expert Christopher Andersen believes William not wanting to see Harry or his family goes beyond the drama that may ensue.

Andersen told The Daily Beast: “William is and always has been a world-class grudge-holder. Once he has turned his back on you, it’s virtually impossible to get back in William’s good graces. He has never gotten over Megxit, the Sussexes’ confessional Oprah Winfrey interview, or the hurtful things Harry said about him in his memoir Spare.”

Andersen says Harry has made moves to open communication with his brother, but has been turned down at every turn.

Well, I can’t say I blame William. Harry sat through interviews and wrote a book targeting his brother and his family, now he wants to be friends? Please (*eye roll).
